I am writing to enquire about overtime compensation and policy benefits policy, considering that I worked overtime in the past month and never realized any adjustments in my last month’s payslip considering the same.
Within last month, I overstretched my abilities and worked in excess of six hours. From my experience working with the organization, a culture has been that the overtime payment is often twice the hourly rates of any excess hour worked. In regards to this, I would like to know why the six hours I worked was not incorporated in my payslip.

In case you need to confirm the authenticity of the above claim, you can check my daily time track. You will realize that in the third week of January, I spent most of my time accomplishing extra tasks assigned by my supervisor to beat the strict timelines that were overdue, feel free to contact Mrs Jane Austen to confirm the same. Therefore, I would appreciate if the above details are captured in this months (February) payroll to avoid more inconveniences. Please let me know if you need to see a copy of my January payslip for your confirmation.

On top of that, I would also like to enquire about the organization’s policy regarding the gratuity payment to the junior officers. Did the gratuity policy change or adjusted in any way? Your response towards this will be highly appreciated as I was stunned by the perk I received when the office was closing down for the December holidays.
Thank you for your time, I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards
